P2P and pairing

Hyperswarm provides discovery and encrypted transport. Application trust still needs an explicit identity, invitation, or approval model; discovery alone is not authorization.

• Display searching, approval required, connected, reconnecting, and unavailable states.
• Grant only requested capabilities supported by the peer.
• A desktop Personal Node may require explicit approval; a headless development daemon can be configured differently.
• Remote inference sends the request to the selected trusted device. It is not on-device inference.
